CM Want to buy lug nuts

Hi,

I am looking for a full set of 20 alloy wheel lug nuts for my C5.

I just got a set of 2003 highly polished rims and my current lug nuts will not work for them. I bought the plastic chrome cap covers off ebay but now need the actual nuts. No one on ebay has the nuts...

Anybody have a set they would sell?

Thanks,

Deal fell through. No rims for me thus no nuts needed. I had the rims at home too but there was a price vs. condition issue.

Just so you know, most auto parts stores carry those nuts. The kind GM used for years and years that threads on the outside so you can cover them with a plastic "fake" nut.

But for '03, and maybe the later half of '02, GM finally dropped those and went with a conventional 1 piece lug nut from what I've seen.

Yeah the one piece is better and I did not know GM eventually switched to that. I should find one in person and take a look at them for future reference.

Funny story, the guy that I gave the rims back to called me today and said he has another buyer and did I buy the center caps because the new buyer will not take the rims without the center caps. I said yes I did buy a set and will sell them to you!

Hey did u ever get the wheels that u wanted? I got a set of thin spokes for my 1998 this past year really cheap......new wheels never been on a car......the guy sells them cheap but they are good GM wheels. He has a crappy web site but good wheels. I learned about him through my wife's co-worker. The co-worker owns and races C5s. He told her he had bought 2 or three sets and never been let down. I was really pleased. I had been wanting a set of BBS wheels from Tire Rack. But couldn't justify the cost. I had to do something though because Discount Tire broke one of my wheels.....They didn't bother to tell me when it happened. Wheels that I got are GM and lighter than the BBS wheels so that helps performance too. Am I allowed to pass on a Vendor's information in a post?

i dont think anybody would have an issue with you doing that uglymarine. i've done it many times (including a post i answered today) with no repercussions. i think its just paid vendor advertising that the site is against. if you dont want to do it in a post for personal reasons you could also just send him pm (private message).

Call Bob the number is 561-445-7606. Bob will take good care of you. Honest transaction when I dealt with him. I would never have bought anything from him off his website. But after Linda's co-worker said how good he was and OEM wheels I called. He is a great guy. honest prices. The co-worker said exactly what I had thought the web site sucks. But you will be happy.

Just saw this thread again... No I did not get any rims yet. I wanted Z06 rims from the begining and if I am going to buy any, it will be those. I dig the style of them.

I will give him a call but if you had his site, though crappy, I would like to see it... Thanks for the tip and info!

If this is the guy in Deer Springs or Deerfield beach FL (something like that) I bought several sets from him, he's good.
