CM no power /no start

While driving yesterday I stopped at a light and my 84 just stopped running the radio went out the wipers stopped and so did the engine. The only thing working was the headlights , when i turned the key nothing happened.I had the car flatbedded home and began the diagnosis .What I found was the fuse panel has no power the only power is a fuse marked clk and one marked tail. I do not have a repair manuel and do not know where the power comes from for the fuses. It was raining and wet out . any help would be appreciated . maybe wiring diagrams. Thanks randy

HI there,
We are working to get the wiring diagrams up, as there is another request for 1984 wiring.
We will hopefully get them up Monday evening.

HI there,
YOur fusible links, down at your starter, are the first course of action.
You need to see if any are rubbed through and are no longer solid.
A small tug on them should tell you.
If they come loose, they are blown.
