CM GM presents World Class certification 9April2008

Well, GM has presented myself with the World Class certification plaque and award so its official now!!
This is the time where we put a heartfelt thank you to the following people that have been so integral in my success above and beyond my previous post.
The first picture, because I couldnt get another one of my service manager standing 3rd from left, Jay Antonucci. You always supported me, THANK YOU!! Even when I was being very very bitchy.
The second picture below is from left to right, Keith Alamprese(area service manager), Warren Dworkin(owner of my dealership), myself and Dan Fuller(regional service training head).
There were other GM representatives on hand, like Todd Cooper, David Schurk, Bill Vanhuysen and Richard Boyce.
All these gentlemen took time out of their busy schedule to show their support to me, and I cannot thank them enough.
Just a little extra thank you to Dave Peacy and Art Spong again, because they give me just as much support.
Thank you for everything and I will do my best to serve to the best of my ability.
I remain, c4c5specialist.
